Red Bull came to MJD with a need to create a digital system that would help them track athlete performance. We started with user experience documentation: identifying appropriate stakeholders and personas, wireframing the software system, and then creating a clickable prototype to ensure nothing was missed. The system would bring in a variety of data sources. Some would be entered through a spreadsheet upload, some (such as performance in a contest) grabbed from the internet, and others would be manually entered into a custom content management system.
